Exhibition & Event Hire
Before you start shopping, there’s one important point we need to clarify. When you add hire items to your Cart you are actually creating what we call a request for a quote. Due to the nature of Exhibition and Event hire, your request can’t be confirmed online. Once you submit your request for processing, one of our friendly Exhibition team will confirm the availability of the items you wish to hire by email. This normally occurs within one business day.

Ready to begin? Here’s how our hire ‘shopping’ process works

Step 1: Select the items you wish to hire and add them to your Cart. This will create what we call a request for a quote. Double check you have selected the right items. Click the Proceed to Checkout button.

Step 2: Fill in your contact information, delivery details and select the payment method.

Step 3: Confirm you have read and agree to Displayways’ Terms & Conditions.

Step 4: Click the Proceed button.

Step 5: Once we receive your request, our team will:

  • Check the availability of the items you wish to hire.
  • Calculate the delivery cost.
  • Send you an email confirmation and request your credit card details so your payment can be processed. We accept AMEX, Diners, MasterCard and Visa.
  • If you are paying by cheque or direct credit, we will send you an invoice. Displayways’ bank account details are on the invoice.
  • Customers with a credit account will be invoiced.

 Don’t go away without reading this – It’s Important!

  • All Exhibition and Event hire prices cover a rental period of 1-7 days unless otherwise stated. Hire periods exceeding 7 days will incur additional charges.
  • Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of any GST, Installation, Delivery and Collection costs unless stated otherwise.
  • A $5.00 non-refundable, administration charge is applied to all orders.
  • Payment must be received in full prior to delivery unless you hold an established credit account.
  • In the event of cancellation by the hirer, Displayways retains the right to charge a fee of 50% of the value of the contract.
  • No credits will be issued for goods ordered and not used by the hirer.
  • All orders will be processed in date order of receipt and are subject to availability.
  • All orders are subject to Displayways’ standard Terms & Conditions.
