Our brief was to create a single-sided, freestanding brochure stand with a frugal footprint that looked like a wall unit but did not need to be fixed to the wall. The solution? A compact, heavy base that holds the stand snugly against the wall while taking up minimal floor space. Made for a university, this unit was distributed to student guidance centres in secondary schools around the country. Designed to stand up to intensive use in a high traffic environment, this durable performer requires little or no maintenance.
